If you are looking for something a little more permanent, we have an array of residential caravans and chalets to rent on a long-term basis. They operate on a contract of at least 6 months, with no maximum length of stay, so you can live here all year round!
• Electric cards are available from reception £5 per card
• Gas is available from reception at £31 per bottle (our maintenance team will attach this for you)
• Council Tax; please contact Torridge District Council to verify the amount, council tax is a tenant’s responsibility
• TV licences are a tenant’s responsibility if you wish to have a television
Please note: Rent includes water
All post is delivered to our reception, where it is sorted and allocated according to your caravan/chalet number for you to pick up when you wish.
In our residential caravans we do not allow pets or children. We also have a strict no-smoking policy in all our units.

1-bedroom caravan = £357.50
2-bedroom caravan = £400.83
3-bedroom caravan = £422.50
2 bedroom chalet = £520
